Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before purchasing from or using the Connor Thomas Photography website at cto-photography.com. By placing an order or using this website, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. About Us

Connor Thomas Photography is operated by Connor Thomas, based in Washington, New Hampshire, United States. We sell original fine art photographic prints and digital downloads through this website. For any questions, contact us at photography.coneil@gmail.com.

2. Products

All prints sold on this website are original photographs taken by Connor Thomas.

We make every effort to display colours and details accurately, but the final appearance of a printed image may vary slightly from what is shown on your screen due to differences in monitor calibration and printing processes. This variation is inherent to the nature of photographic printing and does not constitute a defect.

3. Ordering & Payment

All orders are processed through Shopify's secure checkout. We accept major credit and debit cards. By placing an order you confirm that:

• You are authorised to use the payment method provided
• The billing and shipping information you provide is accurate and complete
• You are at least 18 years of age

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud. If your order is cancelled, you will receive a full refund.

4. Pricing

All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) and are exclusive of shipping costs, which are calculated at checkout. Prices are subject to change without notice, but changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.

5. Production & Shipping

All prints are made to order. Please allow 5–7 business days for production and dispatch. Delivery times after dispatch will depend on your location and chosen shipping method.

• We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or circumstances outside our control
• Risk of loss passes to you upon handover to the shipping carrier
• Digital downloads are available immediately after purchase via the link provided in your order confirmation email

6. Returns & Refunds

Because all prints are made to order specifically for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

If your print arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at photography.coneil@gmail.com with your order number and clear photographs of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or refund at our discretion.

Digital downloads are non-refundable once the file has been downloaded or accessed.

7. Commissions

We welcome commission enquiries for custom photographic work. Commission projects are subject to separate agreement and pricing. To discuss a commission, please contact us at photography.coneil@gmail.com. A deposit may be required before work begins, and specific terms will be agreed in writing before the project commences.

8. Intellectual Property

All photographs on this website are the original creative work of Connor Thomas and are protected by copyright law. By purchasing a print or digital download, you are purchasing a licence for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not:

• Reproduce, copy, or redistribute any image for commercial purposes
• Sell, sublicense, or transfer any image to a third party
• Use any image in advertising, marketing, or promotional materials without written permission
• Remove or alter any watermark, signature, or copyright notice

9. Digital Downloads

Digital downloads are licensed for personal use only, including printing for personal display in your home. They may not be shared, resold, or used commercially. The digital file is provided as-is and we do not offer technical support for file compatibility issues.

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others. You may not:

• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the website
• Use the website to transmit any harmful, offensive, or unlawful content
• Scrape, copy, or reproduce any content from this website without permission

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Connor Thomas Photography shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage arising from your use of this website or any products purchased from it. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant order.

We do not warrant that this website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
